I am looking into buying a diamond and have some questions. I have never done this before, and I see that the "Jewelry Exchange" has 1 ct. non-certified diamonds for under $500. That is really inexpensive compared to prices I've seen anywhere. What are some of the problems that will come with these diamonds?
