Scorpio Diamond Pendant.
Q.I'll relate this the way I remember it, and I welcome any corrections... Back in the mid-to-late '80's, Robert Scorpio's cousin (I forget her name) turned up in PC and worked as a waitress at Kelly's. She was sort of ordinary-looking, and good for a bit of comedy relief. Awhile later, there was some big jewel collection passing through PC on a tour or something, and it was discovered that a heist was being planned. Despite efforts to thwart the dastardly deed, there _was_ some sort of fracas, and a diamond necklace (I believe) was stolen. Cut to the park, where a man waits on a bench. Up strolls Robert's cousin, transformed ala Lucy Coe into a knockout. She passes the stolen necklace to the guy, I never saw her on the show again, and I don't think the crime was ever solved (although I admittedly didn't watch 100% of the time back then). Can anybody shed any light on this mystery for me?
