Bridesmaids gifts
Q.I have yet to buy my gifts for my bridesmaids and was wondering what kind of ideas others have had. I know about the typical jewelry but what else are good ideas for gifts? The party includes my sister-in-law to be, my cousin, and my best friend. Also has anyone chosen to take their party to a spa or to pay for manicures and pedicures?
A.I had a Matron of Honor, a Bridesmaid and a Flower Girl. So, I only had two adults and one little munchkin to buy for. I wanted to buy jewelry for my two girls, but I didn't want just the typical thing. So, I searched and searched and settled on a beautiful Mother of Pearl and Marquisite (sp?) set, necklace and earrings. They were rectangular and kinda curved in, geez, this is hard to explain, and on a Sterling Silver chain. They were absolutely beautiful and SO different! I can't remember how much I spent, though. In addition to this, I paid for their hair appointments the morning of the wedding. I told them to take care of their own manicures, but I would take care of the entire salon/hair bill. I think that if you don't get jewelry, that's fine...and pay for pedicures, manicures, day at the spa type of thing. I think that gift would be awesome
