Q.I have always been interested in the American Indian.... though I have recently taken interest in the Jewelry of the American Indian. Anyone know where I can learn more about this fine art. Or even where I can purchase some items of this sort. Catalogs? I recently took a trip to Las Vegas and found some nice shops... Any help/suggestion for me???

Hope this helps, however this is the tip of the ice burg and there is alot more information out there. If you get a chance to go to Arizona at the end of January there is a rockhound pow-wow that draws about 750,000 people and dealers from all over. There are at least 50 dealers in Indian jewelry of all types. The pow-wow lasts from about January 25 to February 9. Most people camp in the desert but there are motels in Blythe, CA and Parker, AZ.
