Freshwater Cultured Pearl Jewelry.
Q.what do you mean by "faux pearls"? Usually that means a cheap product. Because fake ones by Swarovski are "Swarovski glass pearls", or some other specific name. But if you mean freshwater pearls, those are cultured pearls, just like the rest of the cultured "real pearls".
A.I'll restring the piece and either use glass beads or freshwater pearls. The lobster clasp and hook are base metal silver...would that make much much of a difference? I'm pretty sure the soldered ring and the upside down "V" shape that's holding the Tiger Eye pendant onto the necklace are base metal, and since that's the way the pendant came, I'm not planning on changing it. I do plan on buying some Swarovski Crystals on Ebay, once I can get my Paypal account built back up. I'm waiting on one $3 payment to come in from a paid to read e-mail site and then I'll see how much I have and maybe buy some crystals. One thing that I try to find when dealing online are sites with free s/h and that take Paypal. That's why I took advantage of the sale Halsey T.C. had a few weeks ago...can't beat free s/h in addition to a % off!
