Q."The Jewelry Exchange" advertises on radio with spots customized for specific markets. In the past week, KCBS and KSFO have aired spots for their store near Chicago. Does anyone at the stations listen to the spots before they air, or will they run anything if advertiser pays?
A.-So whose responsibility is it to make the spots match the market? DG Systems themselves? Are they responsible for booking make-goods when stuff like this happens? -The spots probably come via DGS, and are dubbed right to the digital storage for the stations if the cut numbers match... no, probably no one listens.
