Where do buy diamond rings of decent quality?
Q.the subject line indicates, I am looking for recommendations as to where to purchasea diamond ring of decent quality. Don't think I can afoord the best,but I don't want garbage, either. Needless to say, I would like the best bang for the buck. any suggestion ???
A.My suggestion is to buy a loose diamond and then have it mounted. I got my wife's diamond at Freidlander's during a loose diamond sale, then had it mounted. Learn about diamonds first if possible. There's alot to look for when purchasing a diamond...color, clarity, brilliance, natural defects, etc. The get it appraised after mounting. Mine is appraised at more than double of the purchase price, and get it insured!!! Hope that helps somewhat!!!
