Baby Cross Jewelry
Q.Anyone know a good place to find a nice child's cross? I have searched over a week for one for a christening and no luck.
A.Maybe in a Christian gift store? I seem to remember having seen a fair selection of children's jewelry at Service Merchandise at some point, as well. I've only found cheap gold filled jewelry at Christian stores, I think they specialize more in statues, books, knick knacks, music, paper products, etc. But go to a fine jewelry store and you will find many 14kt and 18kt crosses, crucifixes, and chains to put them on. They often have wee crosses and delicate little chains just made for babies. BTW, I just learned that Service Merchandise has a web site at http://www.servicemerchandise.com/ . If you go to the Jewelry section they have a Children's Jewelry page with a section of religious jewelry - lots of crosses and crucifixes.
