Antique Designer Jewelry
Q.these are one of a kind handmade by me, amulet bags that are pretty extraordinary. Unfortunately, top dollar can't be my concern right now. It will be a difficult thing, but I gotta do this asap. Someone is going to get them for a steal. I am thinking, Designer/Artisan jewelry is the place to be. Also beadwork. which has some pricier things. I might break them down into 3 to 5 groups. There are approx. 100+. Sudden crisis forces this really drastic move. Don't think too badly of me for being so "stupid" as I was called today. Stuff happens and this stock is all I own of any value. I don't even own a car ! If you go yo my website and look at what is there, not al pieces are present. Some have been sold. Any ideas?
A.Also, jewelry is an EXTREMELY difficult market on eBay right now. The categorization totally depends on what kind of jewelry you are selling. Did you make it yourself? If so, Designer/Artisan is a good place for it. If not, it really depends on what it's made out of. And if it's vintage, antique, used, new, signed from an artist, a popular designer line, etc. I am not trying to burst any bubbles here, but there is a TON of jewelry being listed on eBay right now, some sells at very low prices, and most of it does not sell at all. Not because it isn't worthy - but because there is just so much of it, things are likely to get lost in the shuffle unless it is very very special. Do your homework, pay attention to photography and descriptions, and have really really good customer service. It would be easier to help if we knew what the jewelry you are selling is like
